RETURNS POLICY

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Returns for personalised items with a photo are not accepted unless these have
arrived damaged or faulty. You must contact me as soon as you receive the item. 
Items with a generic personalisation such as "Bathroom", "Perfume" etc can be
returned and a refund issued if the item is returned within 14 days and in its original condition.
If the item is not in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. 

 

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.
 

Refunds will not be given for wear and tear and/or if you have not followed the care instructions.
I will require photo evidence of any damaged items prior to any refund and I can tell
from photographs if the care instructions have not been followed. For example, if a
water bottle has been put through the dishwasher.

 

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
You have 24 hours from ordering your item to cancel it. After that time, I cannot
guarantee your order can be cancelled as it may already have begun production. If
this is the case, your item will be sent and a refund will not be provided.
